Taiwan’s Yilan County Launches 'Paddy Paddling’

It’s hot outdoors, and for kayakers there’s no better way of cooling down than going out on a river. But in Taiwan’s eastern Yilan County, there’s a new way to try this pastime: on an irrigation canal down by the rice fields.
