Rolled Oats - 1 1/2 cup
Oil - 2 tbsp
Peanuts - 1/3 cup
Almonds - 1/4 cup
Cashews - 1/4 cup
Dried Coconut - 1/4 cup
Cumin Seeds - 1 tbsp
Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp
Raisins - 1/4 cup
Sprig of Curry Leaves
Green Chilli - 1-2
Salt (as per taste)
Rock Salt - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp

How to make Mathri:
All Purpose Flour - 1 cup
Semolina - 1/2 cup
Salt (as per taste)
Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp
Baking Powder - 1/4 tsp
Black Pepper - 1/4 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Dried Fenugreek Leaves - 1 tbsp
Ghee - 1/4 cup
Curd - 1tbsp
Cold Water(as required)
Oil (for frying)

How to make Shakkar Pare
All Purpose Flour - 1 cup
Salt - 1 pinch
Baking Powder - 1/4 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Curd - 1tbsp
Green Cardamom Powder - 1 pinch
Cold Water - 2 tbsp
Oil (for frying)

How to make sugar syrup
Sugar - 1 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
Green Cardamom Powder - 1 pinch
Fennel Seeds - 1/2 tsp
