Airlines face fresh calls to guarantee compensation for delays

As Australians jet off for the long weekend footy finals and school holidays airlines are facing fresh calls to provide guaranteed compensation for flights delays and cancellations. Qantas says it's sorting out its issues, but also warns performance will be put to the test in coming weeks.
