Chants of “bubar” (dissolve) filled Dewan Merdeka at the World Trade Centre in Kuala Lumpur on Saturday (Aug 27) as Umno continued to push for national polls to be held as soon as possible.
In his speech during the Umno special briefing, Umno president Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi said this was not just his call but that of the supreme council and the decision of the general assembly.
