After obtaining education and experience, Fleischmann established his own law firm, David Fleischmann & Associates, LLC. He then joined the National Association of Realtors' board of directors. He is particularly interested in developing property, one of his areas of interest. He has assisted developers and investors in the sale of land and the development of new properties. Land use and zoning laws and regulations are among his favourite topics.
