Emails show applicants for John Barilaro's new US trade commissioner job were shortlisted before it was readvertised

The Premier says he's not aware of any conflicts of interest in the appointment of the former deputy premier to a key overseas job. John Barilaro has been named the state's new Trade Commissioner to the Americas based in New York. But it's been revealed he wasn't on the original short-list of candidates for the role.
