Is the Original Diablo Still Worth Playing in 2022?

Despite a handful of capturing issues, Diablo 1 was a blast to return to after all these years, and even though it still remains easily the most difficult of the Diablo franchise, it definitely feels a lot easier to return to it 25 years later (officially launched in 1997, but could be purchased some places at the end of 1996, for reasons).
