The matter involving the viral audio clip describing the situation at the Foreign Ministry has been referred back to Wisma Putra, says Comm Datuk Azmi Abu Kassim.
The Kuala Lumpur police chief told reporters that at the state police headquarters on Wednesday (April 27), added that police have started a police inquiry paper on the issue following a report lodged.
