Guide dogs Victoria will launch an internal investigation after residents in the Kooyong electorate in Melbourne’s inner-east received a flyer from its CEO Karen Hayes backing treasurer josh Frydenberg in the federal election. Guide dogs Victoria is trying to remove the flyers from circulation as registered charities cannot promote a political party or candidate.
