Medical Chief of Staff of the Scarborough General Hospital Dr. Victor Wheeler, was recently recognized for his outstanding work in the medical field, for the past 35 years. Dr. Wheeler was also bestowed a scroll of honour by the Trinidad and Tobago Medical Association. Elizabeth Williams sat down with Dr. Wheeler for this report.
