6) Asafoetida /hing – few
7) All spice powder /garam masala – ½ tsp
8) Mustard seeds /rai – ½ tsp

10) Ginger /adrak – ½ inch piece
11) Green chilli /hari mirch – 1
12) Garlic /lahsun – 2 - 3 cloves
