Possible test signals from Eutelsat W2M satellite.
Dish was pointed at 4 east on 22 January 2009.
Video is x4 realtime speed.
The timecode is for loose reference use only.
The spectrum analyzer is showing the horizontal band low end.
You can see a signal appear above the white horizontal line and go through the motions, then move to below the line.
It seemed to be testing over a whole range, not just the two peaks shown in this video for probably more than 8 hours.
