Possible test signal from Eutelsat W2M satellite.
Dish was pointed at 4 east on 22 January 2009.
Video is x4 realtime speed.
The timecode is for loose reference use only since the video was shot in two parts.
Test signal is around 11302 h it goes from roughly 58 to 73.6 dBuV.
The peak to the right is from 4.8e 11229 h 23143 3/4 id: SiriusCh which is about 60.4 dBuV.
