The government is free to form any policies that support vulnerable communities or the bumiputra community but it should not be at the expense of non-bumiputras, Wanita MCA chief Datuk Heng Seai Kie said in her speech during the Wanita MCA annual general meeting in Kuala Lumpur on Saturday.
