Victoria is expected to hit its 90 per cent double-dose vaccination target tomorrow and with the state on track to reach 95 per cent next month some public health experts have argued a ban on the unvaccinated should be lifted before the end of summer. But there's proof vaccines are working, the number of COVIDpatients in Victorian hospitals is the lowest it's been in two months.
