Vote of no-confidence served on Vickie Chapman

The speaker of the house in South Australia has visited the governor to present her with parliament's no-confidence motion in the attorney-general Vickie Chapman. Ms chapman lost the motion after an inquiry earlier found she should be found guilty of misleading the house.
