September 11 attacks marked by commemoration ceremonies

Tributes have been paid to the victims of the September 11 terror attacks in the United States. Memorials were held in New York City, the Pentagon and Pennsylvania, marking 20 years since almost 3,000 people died after four flights were hijacked.
