After meeting between farmer unions and the Haryana government on September 11, protesting farmers agreed to call off their agitation in Haryana's Karnal district. Haryana Bharatiya Kisan Union (BKU) Chief Gurnam Singh Charuni said, “After discussions, we have collectively decided to call off the protest here (outside mini-secretariat)”.
