A scuffle broke out between the police and the activists of the students’ wing of Congress, who launched a massive protest on Tuesday (Sept 7). The protestors were on their way to gherao the Odisha Assembly alleging corruption in Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) recruitment.
