Activision Blizzard ($ATVI@US) announced that J. Allen Brack would be stepping down as president on Tuesday. This follows a lawsuit filed by the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing against Activision Blizzard that states the company allowed discrimination and sexual harassment against women. Shares of ATVI are down 4.66% at press time.
