President Biden addresses Afghanistan withdrawal, GOP demands plan

President Biden says the decision to pull all U.S. troops from Afghanistan and ending evacuation efforts by August 31st was a "unanimous recommendation" from the military joint chiefs. The president today saying those efforts aren't finished.
