At an executive orders signing in the Oval Office on Monday, President Trump spoke about the success of the strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities compared to operations under the Carter and Biden administrations.

00:33And, you know, I didn't realize this, but they said, we've been looking at their predecessors.

00:38And then these were the pilots.

00:39They said we gave them beautiful medals.

00:42And I'll show you the medal.

00:44Gave them the medal just like this.

00:49They were so happy.

00:50We have a lot of them out for that.

00:51It was an incredible job.

00:52You know, we had 52 tankers, people don't realize, so that they could refuel.

00:56We had many fighter jets, F-22s, F-35s.

01:02It was an amazing operation.

01:03It was flawless.

01:05Compare that to the operation when they went in with the helicopters crashing and everyone running around the desert,

01:12and the prisoners being taken.

01:14And that was Jimmy Carter.

01:15And what a horrible thing.

01:17This was the exact opposite.

01:19This was the exact opposite of what they did in leaving a very, very nice place.

01:25The Taliban has run into a tough operation in Afghanistan.

01:29And I think it was the most embarrassing day in the history of our country.

01:32That was Biden.

01:33I was leaving, and we would have left through strength, tremendous strength.

01:37We would have had tremendous.

01:38We would have kept Bagram, which is the airbase, one of the largest runways in the world, one of the most powerful.

01:44You could land anything on it, many, many feet thick.

01:48You don't build them that way anymore.

01:50You can't.

01:51But we left it, and now China is occupying that airbase.

01:54You can't.
