Chili-Paneer is a great Indo-Chinese recipe for all those who prefer vegetarian food. As the name suggests, it has Paneer fried and mixed in spicy sauces and sautéed vegetables. The recipe is of Chinese origin, evolved in India but it is devoured world over. Thy this awesome taste.
Ingredients Paneer 600 Grams Salt 2 TSPs (1+1) Corn Starch 3 (2+1) TBSPs Garlic Pods 10 to 12 Chopped Onions 2 Medium Big Cut and Separated Green Chilis 3 to 4, cut along the length Vegetable (Dice Cut) – what-ever is available at home from - Capsicum, Bell Pepper, Cabbage, Carrot, Chinese Chives etc. Sauces 1 TSP each – Green/Red Chili, Schezwan Sauce, Tomato Sauce, Soy Sauce, Vinegar.
