Giroud - 'I feel like a little kid' after joining 'massive club' AC Milan

Olivier Giroud said he felt "like a little kid" after completing his move from European champions Chelsea to "massive club" AC Milan.

The France international signed a two-year deal at the San Siro in a 1 million Euros (1.38 million US dollars) transfer.

Giroud, 34-years-old, will line up alongside another veteran forward at the 'Rossoneri' in the shape of 39-year-old Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who has enjoyed a successful second spell at AC Milan since he re-joined the club at the end of 2019.

Giroud referred to Ibrahimovic as the "ultimate professional" and has targeted winning the Italian Serie A title with Stefano Pioli's side.

AC Milan finished 12 points behind city rivals Inter in second place in the Serie A last season, and they have not won the league championship for 10 years.

Giroud joined Chelsea in 2018 and won the English FA Cup, UEFA Champions League and UEFA Super League honours while at Stamford Bridge
