Delhi High Court ने हाल ही में अपने एक आदेश में कहा है कि जानवरों को भी दया, करुणा और सम्मान का अधिकार है. हाई कोर्ट ने ये भी कहा कि जानवरों को खाने और लोगों को उन्हें खाना देने का अधिकार है. जिसके बाद पशु प्रेमियों में खुशी की लहर दौड़ गई। veterinarian student Vibha Tomar एक पशु प्रेमी हैं और सड़क पर रोजाना 500 आवारा कुत्तों को भोजन खिलाती हैं.
