Australian fashion designer Carla Zampatti has been remembered as a trailblazer for multiculturalism after her death aged 78. Ms Zampatti fell on stairs at an outdoor opera performance on Sydney Harbour last weekend and was rushed to hospital after losing consciousness. Fashion journalist Patty Huntington says the designer was an Australian icon.
