Brisbane hospital exploring treatments for carcinoma

A Queensland hospital is leading the world in research into a rare but highly invasive form of skin cancer more deadly than melanoma. Brisbane's Princess Alexandra Hospital is looking into treatment for Merkel cell carcinoma with immunotherapy providing more positive outcomes than traditional chemotherapy. Oncologist Dr Wen Xu says the research is promising.
