So guys here's episode 9 for the 2nd season of the Get Better Together Challenge. Here are 7 tips based off of what I've done to lose 2-3lbs per week.
My name is Patrick Byas and I am actor/filmmaker. Throughout my life, I struggled with my weight. At one point, I got all the way up to 287lbs until I decided that I wanted to lose weight as fast as possible. At the same time, I understood that it would be a process.
The Get Better Together Challenge will take everyone on a weekly step by step journey on how to adapt to living a healthier lifestyle and reaching your goals quickly. It might be easy for some and might be difficult for some others, but ultimately, if we stay committed, we will reach our goals. Challenge a friend or a family to join. We will focus on ALL fitness levels, beginners, intermediates and advanced.
I'm doing this challenge because a lot of people always ask me how I got fit and ripped, so I'm going to show how I did it.
