Prime Minister Narendra Modi got emotional while speaking on the farewell of Congress MP Gulam Nabi Azad. While referring to the incident of a terror attack on Gujarat pilgrims in Jammu and Kashmir (J K), PM Modi said Ghulam Nabi Azad had called him to inform him about the incident.
