Did you know today's my birthday? Totally irrelevant to the video I just had to point it out Anyways, I’m just a normal lady trying to improve herself and one thing that i've been working on for a long time is flexibility! This routine is a combination of stretches I learned from my adult gymnastics classes as well as from different gymnasts who are waaay more flexible than me. It's really helped me so I thought I'd share

p.s. If you're wondering why my legs look unbalanced, I pulled my right hamstring a month and a half ago practicing aerials so I stretch that leg lightly in the video.

p.s.s. the warm up is kiinda rough but it’s only 5 min long and you will for SURE be warm after :)
