Pandemic May Shift Americans' Cooking Habits for Good, New Study Finds

Many of us can hardly remember what it's like to enjoy a carefree, maskless meal at a restaurant.So lately, we've had little choice but to spend more time cooking at home. .However, it would seem that some of the changes we've made to our eating habits may be here to stay.71% of respondents to a recent study say they'll continue to cook at home after the pandemic ends.67% said saving money was a major factor, while 56% cited a desire to eat healthier and positive emotional effects.A whopping 81% said they're finding joy in their new habit, and 50% said they're more confident in their ability to cook.At least there's been at least some small silver lining amid these otherwise difficult times.Once this is all over, we'll have to get together and have a giant potluck.
