Former Bihar DGP Gupteshwar Pandey, who recently took voluntary retirement from service, joined Janata Dal (United) at Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's residence today. Gupteshwar Pandey told media that he was called by Nitish Kumar himself and asked to join the party. He said that, whatever the party asks me to do, I will do. I don't understand politics.
