Undergraduates from several local universities protested against the government’s plans to recognise the Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) on Saturday.
Most of the protesters were students from Universiti Malaya, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and Universiti Putra Malaysia.
