In China, some of the 300 lawyers and activists arrested in a 20-15 crackdown are being released. They had pushed back against President Xi Jinping's move to tighten restrictions on free speech but were arrested and sentenced for 'subversion of power.' One of them is human rights lawyer Wang Quanzhang. After spending five years in prison, Wang Quanzhang is trying to get his life back together. Wang was among the Chinese lawyers and human rights activists detained in a wave of arrests that began on July 9, 2015, and later became known as the "709 Crackdown."
