Vidhi: 1) Cooker me 4 pari oil daalkar Rai,Tej Patta, Jeera,Adarak, Lehsun, Hari Mirchi, Dalchini, Laung, Choti ilaaichi, Kadi Patta-se tadka lagaiye. 2) Baarik kata hua -Pyaz, Tamatar, Shimla Mirchi,Dhania Powder, Mirch Powder, Garam Masala, Haldi Namak dalkar achche se bhujiye. 3) Ab ise ek baratan me alag se nikal kar rakh le. 4) Cooker me 2 Pari Oil dalkar Rai, Jeera se tadka dijiye. 5) Aalu, Gajar, Hari Matar, Garam Masala,Haldi dalkar achche se bhujjiye. 6) Basmati Rice, Namak, 4 glass paani daliye. 7) Masale waale baratan ko Cooker me rakh dijiye. 8) 3 siti tak pakaiye. 9) Cooker kholne ke baad baratan bahar nikaal le. 10) 1 chammach Desi Ghee dalkar bartan ka masala dal dijiye aur achche se chalaiye. 11) Baarik kate hue Kaju, Badam, Hari Dhanya se sajaiye . 12) Sabko khilaiye.
