Chicken Fajitas | The Quarantine Cook

INGREDIENTS

-Chicken breast

–– ADVERTISEMENT ––




-Bell peppers

-Olive oil

-Red onion

-Taco seasoning

-Tortillas

METHOD

-Thinly slice peppers, onion & chicken

-Toss together with olive oil & 1 packet of taco seasoning

-Place on cooking tray and bake in oven at 400 deg for 25-30 min

-Serve on warm tortilla w/ squeeze of lime.
