Ways in which Interactive Learning is better than Traditional Learning

Going to school, learning a few things with textbooks and notebooks in the class, and returning back home, this is the only way we thought the school could ever be in. But today, the same textbook learning seems to be killing the emotional quotient and classroom activities. It has increased to a stage where workshop plans are being drafted to bring changes in the basic curriculum.
