Virtual music-making is only pseudo-social. This is dedicated to all musicians in the world who, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, cannot socially get together with their fellow musicians. This video is part one of two parts. These are music excerpts from the Gospel Choir of the Church of Saint Columba, 6401 San Pablo Avenue, Oakland, California, U.S.A., at the Lenten Sunday Mass on 11 March 2018. Reverend Father Aiden McAleenan is the pastor. Sidney Ragland is the choir director. Paul Daniels is the accompanist. Due to the length of the sanctuary, there is a 3-second sound delay from front to back.
