Hormone Yoga Introduction

This exercise program focuses on the hormonal system for women. In addition I will provide you with a short overview of the hormone system. The program is divided into 9 parts:
 
In the first part you will be calm and relaxed.
In the second part you are preparing your joints for the movements and the flow of energy
In part 3, you are observing your energy flowing in the body.
In Part 4, you are stimulating the flow of energy
In the 5th and 6th parts, you are directing energy through your body to activate and harmonize your hormonal glands
In the 7th part, you are making a journey through your body, and get in touch with your hormone system
In Part 8 you are ending by harmonizing the energy in your whole body
and in the 9th part, you are anchoring your positive vibration in a deep relaxation practice
