Delhi Highway’s food will remind you of those delicious evenings spent on highway dhabas but their decor is nothing short of a royal experience with high arch ceilings and ornate walls. The dishes curated from the northern flavours in the form of 'Thali' will ensure that your taste buds are treated in a special way for the season. We had "Maharaja" way the Thali served is a lavish meal comprising of many courses, starting with the Welcome Juice. The ‘Delhi Highway’ section offers some comforting and popular dishes like Rajputana Dal Churma, Kamal Kakdi Ke Kebab which are strongly reminiscent of home-style cooking. Dahi Papdi Chaat from chaat menu is our top recommendation. Hot piping Jalebi with copious amount of Rabdi, from among the desserts is a must try.
