US: Images of temporary housing provided for coronavirus evacuees

Images of three US Department of Defense facilities which have been requisitioned by the Department of Health and Human Services to provide temporary housing assistance for up to 1,000 coronavirus evacuees. Americans from a coronavirus-riddled cruise ship off Japan flew on evacuation flights to the US on Monday, as the epidemic claimed more lives in China to take the death toll above 1,700. The first plane touched down at Travis Air Force Base in California, the second at San Antonio's Lackland Aif Force Base in Texas. Those on board were expected to undergo a further 14-day quarantine period on US soil.
