00:12It's an incredible honor to be named head coach of the USA Basketball Men's National Team.

00:21basketball. He was the assistant coach of the US men's team which won gold at last year's Paris

00:25games. He was also an assistant coach to Steve Kerr at the 2023 FIBA Men's World Cup where the USA

00:31finished fourth. Spolster's mother is a native of San Pablo Laguna in the Philippines.

00:36He won two NBA titles with the Heat and steered them to four other NBA Finals appearances.
