Femina Ridens (1969) Sayer’s Vulnerability

These are two scenes from The Laughing Woman back to back, where Maria first convinces Dr. Sayer he doesn't need to kill for enjoyment and where he finally accepts that proposition. I always found this scenes to be genuinely touching.
