Dum Aloo is a delicious curry made with baby potatoes cooked in a spicy gravy made with onion, tomato and curd.
Ingredients :-
Baby Potatoes - 15-20 Oil - 4 tbsp Turmeric powder - 1 & 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder - 2 tsp Cumin - 1 tsp Black caraway Seeds - 1 tsp Coriander Seeds - 1 tsp Bay leaf - 1 no Black peppercorns - 3-4 nos Green Cardamom - 1 no Cinnamon - 1/4 inch piece Cloves - 2-3 nos Green Chilli - 1 (roughly chopped) Onion - 2 (roughly chopped) Tomatoes - 1 (roughly chopped) Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp Cashewnuts - 10-15 nos Garam Masala - 1 tsp Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp Sugar - 1/2 tsp Salt - To taste Dry Fenugreek Leaves - 1 tsp Curd - 3/4 cup Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup Water - 2 cup
