A delicious sabji/vegetable made with a fantastic combination of methi (fenugreek leaves) and matar (green peas) in rich white gravy.
Ingredients :-
Methi/Fenugreek leaves - 1 bunch (blanched & roughly chopped) Onion Paste - 1 bowl (roughly chop onion & blend it to paste) Cashewnut Paste - 1 bowl (soak approx 20-25 cashew nuts for 10 mins in warm water and then blend to paste) Green peas/Matar - 1/2 bowl Gram Flour/Besan - 1 tsp Fresh Cream/Malai - 1 bowl Garam Masala - 1 tsp Sugar - 1 tsp Salt - To taste Butter - 2 tbsp Cumin/Jeera - 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp Green Chillies - 2 slit Water - 1 cup
