Protests against the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) raged across cities and turned violent in many parts, resulting in vandalism, destruction, arson and the deaths of at least three people. Two people have died in Mangaluru due to police firing, one other has died in Lucknow due to bullet injury and One policeman has also been injured in the incident. Sources say that the man, identified as Mohammed Vakil, was hit by a gunshot during the protest. The bullet had hit him in the stomach.
नागरिकता संशोधन कानून यानी सीएए के खिलाफ देशभर में हिंसक प्रदर्शनों के मामले सामने आ रहे हैं. उत्तर प्रदेश के कई जिलों में हिंसक प्रदर्शन हुआ. लखनऊ में एक शख्स की मौत हो गई. हिंसक प्रदर्शनों के बाद यूपी के 12 जिलों में इंटनेट सेवा बंद कर दी गई है. सीएम योगी ने कहा है कि उपद्रवियों की संपत्ति को जब्त कर नुकसान की भरपाई की जाएगी . वहीं कर्नाटक में पुलिस फायरिंग में दो लोगों की मौत हो गई. हिंसा के बाद मंगलुरू में कर्फ्यू लगा दिया गया है. इंटरनेट सेवा बंद कर दी गई.
