Going as low as l can without falling over. Definitely amazed at how much these overload the Vastus Medialis(VM). Notice that l didn't say teardrop. This lift hits the ENTIRE VM all the way up to the origin. Why am l picking from the floor instead of the rack which is behind me?? Because it keeps my shoulders open AND it's more work. Take grip for example. By picking from the floor, my grip got worked on my sets of 135lb, 185lb, 225lb and finally 275lb. Imagine YEARS of sneaking in some extra grip work. Imagine YEARS of picking the bar up behind my back. Play the long game. Get as much out of each and every workout that you can!! Good Luck & God Bless!
