Sweet Coconut Cream Sauce (Asian Buffet style)
1 can coconut milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp ginger
1 Tbsp corn starch
2 Tbsp water
Combine coconut milk, sugar, and water in a sauce pan and bring to a slow boil. Make a slurry with the corn starch and water and slowly stir it into the sauce to thicken. Turn down the heat and simmer till thick and creamy. Remove from heat.
