I know about complex intergenerational equity. My own family grappled with #NextGen challenges that saw me grow up the youngest of five children – all of whom were much older than myself.

So, I set out to grow my own successful companies.
But I paid the price several years into my 7-day a week grind with a health scare. Glad to report that I didn’t end up in a wheelchair. Sadly, three of my friends died from stress-related heart attacks.

What happens when illness disrupts our formidable schedules? When the fear of meeting month-end payroll takes its toll or taking a vacation with the family never materializes? I like to help, especially members of #YPO.
