ఆర్టీసీ సమ్మెపై హైకోర్టులో విచారణ కొనసాగుతుంది. కోర్టు ఆదేశాలతో తెలంగాణ ఆర్ధికశాఖ ముఖ్యకార్యదర్శి రామక్రిష్ణరావుతో పాటు ఆర్టీసీ ఇంచార్జ్ ఎండీ సునిల్ శర్మకు కోర్టుకు హజరై తమ వాదనలు వినిపిస్తున్నారు. గతంలో సమర్పించిన నివేదికల్లో తప్పుడు సమచారం ఇవ్వడంపై అధికారులు కోర్టును క్షమాపణలు కోరినట్టు తెలుస్తోంది. అయితేకోర్టు మాత్రం అధికారుల క్షమాపణలపై సిరియస్ అయినట్టు సమాచారం . తప్పుడు నివేదికలు ఇచ్చి క్షమాపణలు కొరితే సరిపోతుందా అంటూ వ్యాఖ్యానించింది. రాష్ట్ర ముఖ్యమంత్రితో పాటు సంబంధిత మంత్రులకు తప్పుడు నివేదికలు ఇచ్చిన వారు కోర్టుకు ఇచ్చిన వాటిని ఎలా నమ్మాలని ప్రశ్నించినట్టు తెలుస్తోంది.
